At present, most of the domestic stone cutting machines adopt the traditional relay-contactor control mode, the control method is relatively backward, the cutting precision is poor, and the personnel need to carry out on-site control during cutting, which poses a threat to personal health. The method is to input the required cutting parameter of the stone into the human interface (HMI) to initialize the PLC, and use the rotary encoder to replace the traditional travel switch or limit switch for cutting length positioning. The rotation frequency of the motor in each direction is measured by a rotary encoder and converted into a high-speed counting pulse and sent to the PLC for counting operation to obtain an accurate displacement amount of the knife saw or the trolley traveling, and compared with the set initial value, when reaching When setting the value, the PLC resets the corresponding direction motor coil to stop it. The operation is simple and safe.
